Proven 27-year-old keen on Chelsea or Man United transfer – report
Danny Rose would be open to joining Chelsea or Manchester United this summer, according to reports
Danny Rose would be open to signing for Chelsea or Manchester United this summer if Tottenham would allow him to leave, according to reports in the British media.
Sky Sports is reporting that the Spurs full-back would be keen on signing for the Blues or the Red Devils if Tottenham are prepared to let him leave White Hart Lane this summer.
The same story states that the 27-year-old, however, has not asked to leave Tottenham as of yet, and that he still has four years left on his current deal at White Hart Lane.
The article says that selling Rose has not been part of Tottenham’s plans this summer, especially as they have already cashed in on right-back Kyle Walker when they let him join Manchester City for £50m.
The story also states, however, that Manchester United’s Luke Shaw could be a target for Tottenham if they were to let Rose leave the north London side this summer.
Manchester United are currently preparing for their Premier League opener against West Ham United at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.
Chelsea, meanwhile, are gearing up to kick off their Premier League title defence with a home clash against Burnley at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
