Sky Sports, in an update published at 15:28 BST on Thursday, is claiming that the Blues are keeping tabs on all four players as Antonio Conte looks to beef up his midfield options at Stamford Bridge following the sale of Nemanja Matic to Manchester United last Monday.
Chelsea have been linked with a number of players this summer but have so far only tied up deals for Willy Caballero, Antonio Rudiger, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Alvaro Morata.
Now, it is being claimed that the west London side are keeping tabs on Drinkwater, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Barkley and Sanches as Conte searches for his fifth new signing of the summer.
Chelsea will be keen to further bolster their squad this summer as they prepare for the new Premier League season.
The west London side won the title last term but missed out on the FA Cup when they lost to Arsenal in the final back in May.
Chelsea have the chance to gain revenge on the Gunners when they take on Arsenal in the Community Shield at Wembley on Sunday afternoon.
