The Premier League champions have seen a huge turnover in playing staff in the summer transfer window so far.
Chelsea have signed four players so far following the additions of Manchester City goalkeeper Willy Caballero, AS Roma defender Antonio Rudiger, Monaco midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko and Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata.

“You can’t have any sympathy with Chelsea,” Gerrard told BT Sport on Sunday evening.
“They bring four players in, one of them’s a goalkeeper, and they let seven or eight go.
“Unless people above Conte are making those decisions and selling players without his permission…”
