Eden Hazard is ready to “push” for a transfer to Real Madrid from Chelsea, according to reports in Spain.
Spanish outlet Don Balon, as quoted by the Daily Star, is reporting that the Belgian playmaker is ready to try and force through a move to the Bernabeu.
The same report claims that the 26-year-old playmaker is “crazy” about joining Real Madrid and linking up with Zinedine Zidane in Spain.
The story says that Real Madrid’s top summer target this summer has been Kylian Mbappe but the Spanish giants are struggling to conclude a deal for the Monaco teenager.
The article goes on to describe Hazard as Zidane’s “dream” signing this summer and that he has emerged as a target once again after having been linked with the Blues in the past.
Hazard is yet to feature for Chelsea this season after suffering a broken ankle while on international duty with Belgium at the start of the summer.
The former Lille star has three years left on his current contract with the Premier League champions.
Antonio Conte’s Chelsea side are preparing to take on Everton in their next Premier League game at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.
