Henrikh Mkhitaryan has heaped praise on all three of Manchester United’s new signings after the Red Devils’ thumping 4-0 win over West Ham on Sunday.

Romelu Lukaku was named as the man of the match as he impressed on his first Premier League appearance for Jose Mourinho’s men by scoring twice at Old Trafford.

Nemanja Matic also made his Premier League debut for the Red Devils and impressed in the centre of midfield as Manchester United secured a solid win.

Manchester United’s other summer signing, Victor Lindelof, did not feature for the Red Devils as Mourinho opted to pair Eric Bailly and Phil Jones in central defence on Sunday.

However, Mkhitaryan says he has been very impressed by all three new additions and their form for Manchester United this season.

Mkhitaryan is quoted as saying by Metro: “It was not only Matic. I want to mention as well the other two new signings, Lindelof and Lukaku. They are very good players. They are Manchester United players.

“Matic does a big job on the pitch. He tries to recover all the balls. He defensively does a big job. Actually I am surprised Chelsea sold him but at the same time I am very happy that we have got him.

“Lukaku scored his goals. It’s his job to score goals. It doesn’t matter how you are going to score. The important thing is to score goals. He is going to score goals and he is going to help us.

“Lindelof is still going to have time to show himself so I want to say all the players are good signings and they are going to help us a lot.”

Manchester United’s win over West Ham moved them to the top of the Premier League table.

The Red Devils are now set to turn their attentions towards preparing for their next Premier League game – a trip to the Liberty Stadium to take on Swansea City on Saturday lunchtime.

Mourinho’s side are looking to challenge for the Premier League title this season after finishing sixth last term.
