Arsenal attacker’s representatives contact Man United ahead of deadline – report
Alexis Sanchez's representatives have contacted Manchester United ahead of Thursday's transfer deadline, say reports

Alexis Sanchez’s intermediaries have contacted Manchester United to see if the Red Devils would be interested in signing the attacker from Arsenal this summer, according to reports in the British media.
The Independent is claiming that Sanchez’s representatives have got in touch with the Red Devils to determine whether they might be interested in landing the 28-year-old before Thursday’s deadline.
Sanchez’s future has been a relentless source of speculation this summer because he has entered into the final 12 months of his contract at The Emirates.
The same report says that Jose Mourinho would indeed be interested in signing Sanchez this summer, but the player himself is said to favour a move to Manchester City because of his previous working relationship with Pep Guardiola.
Manchester United have been linked with a host of attacking players this summer but the Red Devils have only concluded deals for Victor Lindelof, Nemanja Matic and Romelu Lukaku so far.
It remains to be seen whether Sanchez will secure a transfer away from Arsenal before the window closes at 23:00 BST on Thursday.
Arsenal have made a disastrous start to the new season, losing two of their three opening Premier League games to leave them 16th in the table.
