Man United agree £27m deal to sign 24-year-old defender – report
Manchester United have agreed a £27m deal to sign Serge Aurier from PSG, according to reports
Manchester United have agreed a £27m deal to sign Serge Aurier from Paris Saint-Germain, subject to the defender being allowed into the UK, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Mirror is claiming that the Red Devils have reached an agreement to bring the 24-year-old defender to Old Trafford this summer, as long as he is granted permission to enter the UK.
Aurier was found guilty of assaulting a police officer outside a Paris nightclub in September last year and was banned from entering the UK as he missed a Champions League game against Arsenal back in October.
He was denied entry to the country when border control authorities revoked the visa that had originally been granted.
The same story in the Daily Mirror says that the Red Devils will seek clarification on his situation before completing the signing of Aurier on a £90,000 a week deal.
The article also says that PSG have told Aurier that he can leave the club this summer after they brought in Dani Alves.
