Man United primed to receive £46m offer for top 25-year-old star – report
Manchester United are set to receive a new offer from Real Madrid to sign top goalkeeper David De Gea, according to reports
Real Madrid are set to launch a fresh bid to sign Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea, according to reports in England.
The Sun is reporting that los Blancos are plotting a move to sign the Spain international in the summer transfer window.
The same article states that Zinedine Zidane has decided to end his pursuit of Monaco teenager Kylian Mbappe following the outstanding performances of Marco Ansensio.
However, the Real Madrid boss still wants to spend some serious cash on a new signing this summer and De Gea is at the top of Zidane’s list.
According to the same story, the Champions League holders are ready to offer £46m to sign the three-time Manchester United player of the year.
Jose Mourinho announced earlier this summer that De Gea would not be joining Real Madrid in the near future after los Blancos snubbed the chance to sign the shot stopper.
De Gea was on the brink of a move to Real Madrid in a £25m deal in the 2015 summer transfer window during Louis van Gaal’s spell in charge of the club.
However a deal fell through due to an administrative error on the final day of the Spanish transfer window.
