Antonio Conte has revealed that Chelsea have no big injury concerns ahead of Wednesday night’s trip to Atletico Madrid.

The defending Premier League champions extended their unbeaten run to seven games in all competitions since a 3-2 loss to Burnley in their opening top-flight fixture.

Chelsea eased to a resounding 4-0 victory over Stoke City at the bet365 Stadium on Saturday afternoon thanks to Alvaro Morata’s hat-trick.

The Blues were 6-0 winners against Qarabag in their opening Champions League group-stage fixture as Eden Hazard came on as a second-half substitute.

The Belgian forward has made a successful return from a broken ankle and Hazard could make his first start of the Champions League campaign in Madrid on Wednesday night.

Speaking at his pre-match media conference ahead of Chelsea’s second European fixture of the 2017-18 campaign, Conte gave his Blues squad a clean bill of health.

“There are no injury worries. The players are fit and now it’s important to rest and recover well for the game on Wednesday and not forgetting we have another tough game on Saturday against Manchester City.”

Chelsea are in third place in the Premier League table but three points adrift of early pacesetters Manchester City and Manchester United.

The Blues signed six players in the summer transfer window as Conte looked to improve his squad depth ahead of the Champions League campaign.

The west London side won the Champions League title with two games to spare last season.
