Cesc Fabregas sends clear message to Arsenal fans
Cesc Fabregas reveals that he still considers Arsenal to be a club very close to his heart

Cesc Fabregas has said that he still feels very “attached” to Arsenal despite having signed for London rivals Chelsea.
The Spanish midfielder spent eight years at Arsenal under Arsene Wenger before opting to return to his boyhood club Barcelona in the summer of 2011.
However, Fabregas only spent three seasons back at Camp Nou before making a return to the Premier League with Chelsea.
Arsenal had the first option to re-sign Fabregas but Wenger opted not to make a move for the midfielder as he signed for Chelsea in the summer of 2014 under Jose Mourinho.
Fabregas started for the Blues as they played out a goalless draw with Arsenal in their Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.
And the Spanish midfielder has revealed that he still considers Arsenal to be a club close to his heart, despite lining up for their local rivals.
Fabregas said in an interview with Sky Sports: “I feel very attached, even now, to Arsenal.
“My feelings for the club, well I don’t have to repeat myself, every single time we play against them, because it’s known.
“Whoever doesn’t believe me, or doesn’t feel it is this way, is not right. I know how I feel, my family does, and that’s all that matters to me.
“I love Arsene, the man. I love him of course as a coach too. This is a decision he made. I always said that he’s like a father to me, and he will always be.”
Fabregas has won two Premier League titles and the League Cup with the Blues since joining the west London side in 2014.
Arsenal, meanwhile, have not won the Premier League trophy since their famous unbeaten triumph in the 2003-04 campaign, but they have won the FA Cup in three of the last four seasons.
