Pundit claims Eden Hazard ‘on different level’ to Antoine Griezmann after Chelsea win
Robbie Savage compares Eden Hazard to Antoine Griezmann after Chelsea's victory over Atletico Madrid

Eden Hazard was on a “different level” to Antoine Griezmann during Chelsea’s Champions League clash with Atletico Madrid on Wednesday night, according to Robbie Savage.
The Belgian playmaker was in superb form for the Blues on Wednesday night as he helped to inspire the west London side to an impressive 2-1 victory over Atletico Madrid in Spain.
Hazard was imperious throughout and set up Alvaro Morata for the Blues’ equaliser in the second half with a superb cross, before Michy Batshuayi netted the winner late on.
Griezmann failed to make much of an impact on the game, with his only real contribution coming when he put his side ahead from the penalty spot in the first half agains the Blues.
And former midfielder Savage claimed that there was no comparison between Hazard’s display and Griezmann’s performance on Wednesday night.
Speaking during BT Sport’s coverage of the game, Savage said: “I’ve got to say that on tonight’s evidence alone, Hazard’s been on a different level to Griezmann.”
Hazard will be hoping to feature for Chelsea when the Blues return to Premier League action on Saturday night with a crunch clash against Manchester City at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues head into the game knowing that a win would move them level on points with Pep Guardiola’s men heading into the next international break.
