Eden Hazard has described Cesc Fabregas as “the master” at Chelsea because of his accurate passing.

The Spanish midfielder moved to Stamford Bridge from Barcelona back in the summer of 2014 and has helped the west London side to win the Premier League twice in the last three seasons.

Fabregas found his playing time at Chelsea to be somewhat limited last season but he still played a role from the bench as the Blues won the title in Antonio Conte’s first campaign in charge.

The 30-year-old midfielder was sent off during Chelsea’s shock 3-2 loss to Burnley on the opening weekend of the season but he played the full 90 minutes as the Blues beat Everton 2-0 last time out.

And Belgian playmaker Hazard is clearly a big fan of Fabregas and what he brings to the team at Chelsea.

Hazard is quoted as saying by the Sun: “Cesc is the master. I call him ‘The Master’ because he does what he wants.

“He can put the ball behind the defensive line, he can score big goals. He understands football very well.”

Chelsea fans will be hoping to see Hazard and Fabregas line up together for the first time this season when the Blues take on Leicester in the Premier League on Saturday.
