The Belgian playmaker has not yet made a single appearance for Antonio Conte’s men so far this season after struggling with an ankle injury.
However, Hazard made his return to competitive action for his national team during their recent World Cup qualifiers and he is now in contention to face the Foxes this weekend.
Hazard was joined in the training session by new Chelsea signing Davide Zappacosta, who completed a move to Stamford Bridge on deadline day along with Danny Drinkwater.
Chelsea head into their clash with Leicester City looking to make it three wins in a row in the Premier League after their victories over Tottenham and Everton in their latest two outings.
Conte is also preparing his side for a return to the Champions League group stage next week, when the Blues host Qarabag at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night.
