Dietmar Hamann makes remarkable claim about Liverpool FC under Jurgen Klopp
The Liverpool legend isn't impressed with how the Reds squad is shaping up under his compatriot Jurgen Klopp

Dietmar Hamann has claimed that Jurgen Klopp has the most unbalanced Liverpool squad in history.
The Reds have made a mixed start to the 2017-18 season following a fourth-place finish last term.
Liverpool signed AS Roma winger Mohamed Salah, Chelsea teenager Dominic Solange, Hull City defender Andy Robertson and Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in the summer transfer window.
Klopp failed to sign a centre-half or a goalkeeper despite the Merseyside outfit being linked heavily with a move to sign Southampton club captain Virgil van Dijk throughout the transfer window.
Liverpool have thrilled going forward so far this season following a return of 22 goals in 10 games in all competitions.
However, the Reds have struggled defensively after conceding 18 times in the Champions League and the Premier League.
Klopp has alternated his goalkeepers Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius in both competitions, while both Dejan Lovren and Ragnar Klavan have partnered Joel Matip.
Former Liverpool midfielder Hamann suggested that Klopp’s squad is woefully unbalanced following their disappointing start to the new season.
“In defence, you have the likes of Moreno and Lovren – I’d have questions marks over these two and Klavan who was a sub tonight,” Hamann told RTE Sport.
“I have rarely seen a more unbalanced squad in Liverpool’s history.
“It’s very top heavy. In a recent game they win 4-0, they lose 5-0 and tonight they give the game away.
“They are always prone to mistakes. I don’t think this team is going anywhere.”
Liverpool ended up in fourth place in the Premier League table last term to secure a return to the Champions League.
