Philippe Coutinho in line for Liverpool FC return next week – report
Philippe Coutinho is due to return to Liverpool FC next week after a move to Barcelona did not materialise

Philippe Coutinho could return to action for Liverpool when the Reds take on Manchester City in the Premier League next weekend, according to reports in the British media.
The Liverpool Echo is reporting that the Brazilian could be involved for the Reds as they prepare to take on Pep Guardiola’s side at The Etihad on Saturday lunchtime in the Premier League.
Coutinho has been named in Liverpool’s 25-man squad for the Premier League, which is valid until the January transfer window opens.
The 25-year-old was heavily linked with a transfer to Barcelona throughout the summer window but a move failed to materialise for the Brazil international despite him handing in a transfer request.
Liverpool will now look to integrate the playmaker back into their first team as the look to try and mount a challenge for the Premier League title this season.
The Reds are currently second in the Premier League table as they look to try and challenge for the title in Jurgen Klopp’s second full season in charge at Anfield.
The same report in the Liverpool Echo says that Klopp is likely to hold talks with Coutinho about his situation, with the playmaker not yet having featured for the Reds this season due to injury.
