Michael Owen states his prediction for Man City v Liverpool
Michael Owen is backing Liverpool to get a result against Manchester City in Saturday's Premier League showdown

Michael Owen is backing Liverpool to “get a result” at Manchester City in their Premier League clash on Saturday lunchtime.
The Reds head into the game fresh from their impressive 4-0 thrashing of Arsenal at Anfield before the international break.
Liverpool have been in solid form so far this season and are currently second in the table heading into this weekend’s round of games.
Manchester City have also taken seven points from their opening three games after a late victory over Bournemouth last time out.
And Owen is backing Liverpool to get at least a point from the game, which he believes will be a high-scoring affair.
Owen wrote in his column for BetVictor: “It looks a game for the neutrals at the Etihad with the Premier League’s two most attack-minded sides meeting in Saturday’s early kick-off.
“Liverpool’s record against top-six opposition is different class under Jurgen Klopp and I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Reds get a result at City.
“It looks too close to call however, with goals the only thing guaranteed in this one!”
Liverpool are aiming to build on their fourth-placed finish in the Premier League last season.
The Reds are preparing to make a return to the group stage of the Champions League next week after having secured their progress from the play-offs by beating Hoffenheim.
