The Manchester United legend reacts to Romelu Lukaku's performance in Tuesday night's 3-0 victory over Basel

Rio Ferdinand was impressed with Romelu Lukaku’s selfless performance in Manchester United’s 3-0 win against Basel on Tuesday night.
The Belgium international continued his fine start to life at Old Trafford with another goal in his first Champions League appearance in a Manchester United shirt.
Lukaku doubled the home side’s lead with a close-range header in the second half after his compatriot Marouane Fellaini broke the deadlock in the opening 45 minutes.
Substitute Marcus Rashford completed the rout with a late goal to help Manchester United make the perfect start to their Champions League campaign.
The 24-year-old centre-forward has scored four times in four Premier League games to hoist Manchester United to the top of the Premier League table.
Former Manchester United defender Ferdinand, who was part of the last Red Devils team to win the Champions League, was impressed to see Lukaku show a more selfless side to his game in their 3-0 win over Basel.
“Lukaku has been a menace,” Ferdinand told BT Sport. “He showed a different side to him. He was showing more awareness of the players around him.”
Lukaku moved to Manchester United in a £75m deal from Everton in the summer transfer window despite interest from Premier League champions Chelsea.
The Red Devils are sitting at the top of the Premier League table ahead of Manchester City on goal difference despite a 2-2 draw with Stoke City last weekend.
