Thierry Henry: Man United signing will keep Zlatan Ibrahimovic out of the team
The Arsenal legend believes Romelu Lukaku will remain Manchester United's main man when Zlatan Ibrahimovic returns to fitness

Thierry Henry believes Romelu Lukaku will remain Manchester United’s main man when Zlatan Ibrahimovic returns to first-team action.
The Red Devils signed Lukaku in a £75m deal from Premier League rivals Everton in the summer transfer window after beating Chelsea to the 24-year-old’s signature.
The Belgium international scored 25 times in 36 games in the Premier League last season to attract interest from both Chelsea and Manchester United.
Ibrahimovic, on the other hand, netted 17 times in 28 appearances in the Premier League last term in his first campaign in the English top flight.
The Swedish forward gave up his number nine shirt for Lukaku following the Belgian forward’s switch to Old Trafford back in July.
And Lukaku has already scored six goals in six Premier League games following his winner in a 1-0 victory over Southampton at St Mary’s on Saturday afternoon.
Former Arsenal legend Henry believes Lukaku will retain his place in Jose Mourinho’s first-team even when Ibrahimovic returns to full fitness.
“Lukaku speaks for himself,” Henry told Monday Night Football on Sky Sports.
“He’s the man in the team – when Zlatan comes back it might be a case of a bit of rotation at that point.
“That’s when Zlatan will come back into the side. But Romelu will still play more often than not.”
Ibrahimovic’s 2016-17 season was cut short following a serious ankle injury in April.
The former Barcelona and Inter Milan striker scored 28 times in all competitions during his first campaign at Manchester United.
The Red Devils will take on CSKA Moscow in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
