N’Golo Kante has challenged Chelsea to find a “solution” to the fact that opposition teams are now ready to cope with the Blues’ style of play.

The west London side earned plenty of praise for their performances last season as they won the Premier League title in Antonio Conte’s first season in charge at the club.

Conte opted to switch Chelsea to a 3-4-3 formation early on last term and the Blues ended up being the Premier League’s top performers as they won the title.

Chelsea have made a solid start to the new campaign, with Antonio Conte’s men currently in third place in the Premier League table after having won their last three top-flight games.

However, midfielder Kante believes that opposition teams now know what to expect from the Blues and warned his team-mates that they will have to find a solution to this issue.

Speaking to the Daily Express, Kante said: “I have spent one year with Antonio Conte, and we understand now how we have to play, we have to work.

“But people know how we play, so we have to find the solution.”

Chelsea are preparing to host Arsenal at Stamford Bridge on Sunday as they look to continue their good form in the Premier League.

The Blues won the last meeting between the two teams in west London in the Premier League last season but Arsenal have since beaten Conte’s side in the FA Cup final and the Community Shield.
