Paul Ince is backing Arsenal to coast to a 3-1 victory over Brighton and Hove Albion in their Premier League clash at The Emirates on Sunday afternoon.

The Gunners head into the game looking to continue their recent good form and fresh from their 4-2 victory over BATE Borisov in the Europa League.

Arsenal were 2-0 winners over West Brom last week in their most recent Premier League outing and Arsene Wenger’s men will now be looking for some consistency in the top flight.

The north London side have endured something of a stuttering start to the new campaign and have struggled to string together a series of positive results.

Sunday’s game is a chance for Arsenal to head into the international break on a high as they look to mount a serious title challenge this season.

And former Liverpool man Ince cannot see anything other than a victory for the home side against Brighton on Sunday afternoon.

Writing in his column for the Daily Express, Ince said: “The Gunners have got themselves back into the swing of things, and although Brighton had a good win against West Brom last weekend, I think away from home at the Emirates will be too big an ask.

“Then again, stranger things have happened and we all have seen how quickly Arsenal get themselves into trouble.”

Arsenal have not won the Premier League title since their famous unbeaten triumph in the 2003-04 campaign.

The Gunners finished fifth in the top flight last term as they had to settle for a campaign in the Europa League this season.
