Morata is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury picked up during Chelsea’s 1-0 defeat by Manchester City before the international break.
Fortunately for Chelsea fans though, the striker’s injury is not thought to be too serious and Antonio Conte confirmed last week that he hopes to have him back available for selection again when the Blues take on Roma in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
However, Morata did sit out Chelsea’s clash with Palace on Saturday as he continues to work on his fitness levels.
Morata posted the picture above of his wife Alice on his personal Instagram story as he enjoyed some downtime with his partner.
Chelsea fans will be hoping to see Morata back in action as soon as possible after his strong start to life at Stamford Bridge.
Morata has scored six goals and made two assists in seven Premier League games so far this season.
He joined Chelsea from Real Madrid back in July after having been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League for some time.
