The Belgian playmaker has earned a reputation as one of the world’s top attacking players since his move to Chelsea from Lille back in the summer of 2012.
He has won two Premier League titles since his move to Stamford Bridge and was crowned as the PFA player of the year in the 2014-15 campaign.
Hazard is widely regarded as one of the world’s top attacking talents, and former Liverpool midfielder Redknapp is clearly a huge admirer of the 26-year-old.
Speaking on Sky Sports after Chelsea’s thrilling comeback win over Watford on Saturday, Redknapp said: “When this guy plays he is phenomenal.
“I think the best, technical player in the Premier League that can win a game. He can take a game away from you.”
Hazard played the full 90 minutes as Chelsea came from behind to beat Watford 4-2 at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon.
The 26-year-old has scored two goals and made two assists in all competitions for Chelsea so far this season.
The Blues will now switch their attentions back to League Cup affairs and their home clash with Everton in the fourth round.
Their victory over Watford left them nine points behind leaders Manchester City in the race for the Premier League title.
