Spanish website El Gol Digital, as quoted by talkSPORT, is reporting that both of the Premier League clubs are long-term admirers of the 28-year-old.
The same report claims that Pastore could be allowed to leave PSG in the January transfer window for a fee of just £26m.
The story also claims that Italian giants Inter Milan are also among Pastore’s suitors ahead of the forthcoming January transfer window.
Pastore has fallen down the pecking order at PSG and has only started two Ligue 1 games for the French side so far this season.
It remains to be seen whether the Premier League will be his destination as the clock ticks down to the mid-season transfer window in the new year.
Chelsea ended up being one of the Premier League’s busiest clubs in the summer transfer window as they signed six new players ahead of Antonio Conte’s second campaign at the club.
Liverpool, meanwhile, brought in four new players after having tied up deals for Mohamed Salah, Dominic Solanke, Andy Robertson and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
The Reds also completed a deal to sign Naby Keita from RB Leipzig next summer.
