The Liverpool FC forward watches Jurgen Klopp's men beat Huddersfield Town on Saturday evening
Sadio Mane was in high spirits as the injured Liverpool forward watched Jurgen Klopp’s men ease to a 1-0 victory over Huddersfield Town at Anfield on Saturday afternoon.
The Senegal international is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury which ruled the 25-year-old winger out of first-team contention for the stalemate with Manchester United and heavy defeat at Tottenham Hotspur last weekend.
Mane scored three times in five Premier League games but was sent off in a 5-0 loss to Manchester City to make a mixed start to the 2017-18 season.
Liverpool returned to winning ways with a resounding 3-0 victory over Huddersfield Town at Anfield on Saturday thanks to goals from Daniel Sturridge, Roberto Firmino and Georginio Wijnaldum.
And Mane posted the above photo on his Instagram page from the comfort of his seat in the Anfield stands as Liverpool secured three valuable points in their pursuit of a top-four finish.
Liverpool signed Mane in a £30m deal from Southampton in the 2016 summer transfer window.
The former Red Bull Salzburg winger scored 13 goals and made five assists in 31 appearances in the Premier League last term.
The Merseyside outfit will host Slovenian side Maribor in the Champions League at Anfield on Wednesday night.
