Lukaku has been struggling with an ankle injury in recent days and he was ruled out of Belgium’s World Cup qualifier against Bosnia-Herzegovina on Saturday.
However, Belgium manager Roberto Martinez has hinted that Lukaku could be back involved when his side take on Cyprus in Tuesday’s home fixture.
And Lukaku used his personal Twitter account to reveal that his recover from injury is going well as he bid to regain full fitness as soon as possible.
Lukaku posted the selfie above on the social network and wrote the caption: “Another good day at @movetocure #Rehab.”
Lukaku has made a brilliant start to life at Manchester United following his transfer to the Old Trafford outfit from Everton back in July.
The 24-year-old forward has been a regular fixture in the first team at Old Trafford and has scored 10 goals in nine games in all competitions.
The Red Devils will be hoping to have Lukaku back in action for their crunch clash against Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday lunchtime.
Manchester United head into that game in second place in the Premier League table and level on points with leaders Manchester City.
