Mesut Ozil pointed to Arsenal’s recent good home form after he helped the Gunners claim a 2-1 victory over Swansea City in the Premier League on Saturday.

The north London side had to come from a goal down to beat the South Wales clubs as second half goals from Sead Kolasinac and Aaron Ramsey wrapped up the three points for Arsene Wenger’s men.

Ozil notched up an assist as he played the full 90 minutes at The Emirates to fire the Gunners to victory.

The Germany playmaker has been working his way back to full fitness after having struggled with a knee problem in the opening few weeks of the campaign.

And the 29-year-old used his personal Instagram account to reflect on a solid victory for the Gunners.

He posted the picture above on the app and wrote the caption: “Ya Gunners Ya! Turned the game around. 💪🏼 A hard piece of work and well deserved 5th home victory in a row. ⚽🏟 #ARSSWA @arsenal #HereToCreate.”

The victory left Arsenal in fifth place in the Premier League table and nine points behind leaders Manchester City after 10 games of the new campaign.

The north London side take on Red Star Belgrade in the Europa League on Thursday night before turning their attentions back to the Premier League and their crunch clash with Manchester City next weekend.
