Paul Pogba stepped up his return from a knee problem as the Manchester United record signing trained in Miami on Tuesday.

The Red Devils are gearing up for their trip to Liverpool in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon as Manchester United look to protect their unbeaten start to the 2017-18 season.

Pogba scored two goals and made two assists in Manchester United’s opening four Premier League games before the France international suffered a serious knee injury during a 3-0 win against Basel in the Champions League at the start of September.

Manchester United have won three games on the spin since Pogba’s injury setback but the Red Devils face their first real test of the season with a trip to bitter rivals Liverpool in the Premier League at Anfield on Saturday afternoon.

However, Pogba handed Manchester United a boost with a series of photos of his home workout in Miami as the Red Devils star nears a return to first-team training.

The record signing posted the above and below photos on his Instagram story.

Pogba moved to Manchester United in an £89m deal from Serie A giants Juventus in the 2016 summer transfer window.

The Red Devils are level on points with Manchester City at the top of the table.
