Gary Neville believes Alexandre Lacazette, Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez are capable of winning an incredible amount of games for Arsenal.

The Gunners were 2-0 winners against Tottenham Hotspur in Saturday’s north London derby at the Emirates Stadium thanks to goals from Shkodran Mustafi and Alexis Sanchez.

Mesut Ozil was named man of the match after the World Cup winner teed up his compatriot Mustafi to make the breakthrough against Spurs.

Lacazette has been a prolific finisher in the Premier League this term but he turned provider to create Sanchez’s goal before half-time at The Emirates.

Arsene Wenger has been hesitant to use the trio in the same starting line-up this season after the Arsenal boss signed Lacazette in a club-record £52m deal from Ligue 1 side Lyon.

The French coach used Lacazette, Ozil and Sanchez in a 5-2 win against Everton at Goodison Park as the summer signing scored his first goal on the road in the Premier League.

Former Manchester United defender Neville believes the Arsenal trio are capable of propelling the north London club to a substantial number of victories this season.

“They have set a standard,” Neville told Sky Sports podcast.

“We’ve seen what they can do now. Those three can win an incredible amount of points for the club.

“The rest of the team will come with them if they produce performances like that.”

Arsenal have won the FA Cup in three of the past four seasons following a 2-1 win against Chelsea.
