Mark Lawrenson replies when asked if Arsenal are better than Tottenham
The Liverpool FC legend doesn't believe Arsenal are better than Tottenham

Tottenham Hotspur are still a better team than Arsenal despite losing the north London derby, Mark Lawrenson has claimed.
Spurs saw their four-game unbeaten run in the north London derby come to an end after Arsenal were emphatic 2-0 winners against Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
German defender Shkodran Mustafi broke the deadlock with a brilliant header before Chile international Alexis Sanchez extended the home side’s lead before the break.
Tottenham are still a point ahead of Arsenal in fourth place following their strong start to the season, albeit Spurs’ three defeats have been against their direct title rivals.
Arsenal have only managed to collect four points from their six Premier League games on the road, including heavy losses to Liverpool and Manchester City.
Naturally the Gunners’ derby win has given Arsenal bragging rights following their win against Tottenham, but Lawrenson believes Spurs are still the better north London team.
“Tottenham are a better team,” Lawrenson told BBC Radio 5 Live.
“They can go away and they’re better than Arsenal away from home.”
Tottenham finished in second place in the Premier League last term after finishing seven points behind leaders Chelsea.
Spurs finished above Arsenal for the first time in Premier League history last season after Tottenham squandered a runners-up spot on the final day of the 2015-16 term.
