Thierry Henry has raised questions about whether Alexandre Lacazette, Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil can play together “off the ball” for Arsenal.

The potent attacking trio started up front for the north London side as Arsene Wenger’s men claimed a brilliant 2-0 victory over local rivals Tottenham in the Premier League at The Emirates on Saturday.

Lacazette was in good form and it was his solid play which led to Sanchez’s goal in the first half, after Ozil had provided the assists for Skhodran Mustafi’s opener.

Arsenal legend Henry was at The Emirates to watch the game and although he was very impressed by the attacking trio’s performance, he still feels that they need to prove that they can work together on a consistent basis throughout the season.

Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, Henry said: “They [Sanchez, Ozil and Lacazette] need to find a way to play together off the ball.

“They are sound on the ball – and they proved today they can play together on the ball.

“But can they do it all the time? That’s still my question mark.”

Arsenal return to Europa League action on Thursday night with a trip to Germany to take on Cologne.

The north London side will then look to make it back to back victories in the Premier League when they take on Burnley at Turf Moor on Sunday afternoon.

Arsenal are still sixth in the Premier League table and 12 points behind leaders Manchester City.
