Alvaro Morata looked to be in high spirits as he enjoyed some downtime with his wife Alice Campello at the couple’s London apartment on Thursday evening.
The Spanish striker came on as a second-half substitute as Chelsea booked their place in the last 16 of the Champions League on Wednesday night thanks to a 4-0 win over Qarabag in Azerbaijan.
Morata has been settling into life at Stamford Bridge following his move to the club from Spanish side Real Madrid in the summer transfer window.
Morata has made a strong start to the new season and has scored eight goals and made four assists in 11 Premier League games so far this term.
Both he and his wife Alice have been getting used to their new surroundings in the English capital in recent weeks.
And the couple looked to be in a relaxed mood on Thursday evening as they unwound together at their London flat.
Morata’s wife Alice posted the picture above on her personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “Home❣️”
Morata will be expecting to start for Chelsea when the Blues take on Liverpool FC in their crunch Premier League clash at Anfield on Saturday evening.
The Blues head into the game in third place in the Premier League table and nine points off leaders Manchester City.
