Tiemoue Bakayoko has taken to social media to show off his latest pair of football boots as he and his Chelsea team-mates prepare for their crunch clash against West Brom in the Premier League on Saturday.

The French midfielder has ben working on his fitness levels at the west London club’s Cobham training base in recent days after he was not called up to his national side.

Bakayoko earned praise for his performance for the Blues as Chelsea secured a 1-0 victory over Manchester United at Stamford Bridge before the international break.

The midfielder has been settling into life at Chelsea following his move to the club from Monaco in the summer transfer window.

And the 23-year-old is clearly excited about lining up for the Blues in his new boots at the weekend.

Bakayoko posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “Play with ice in your veins. Cool, composed, and phenomenally fast with surgical precision👊🏿 Nike.com/bootroom ⚽️ #PLAYICE #MERCURIAL @NIKEFOOTBALL”

Chelsea head into the clash with the Baggies in fourth place in the Premier League table and nine points behind leaders Manchester City after 11 games of the new season.

The Blues are aiming to defend their title this season after having won the trophy in Antonio Conte’s first campaign at the club last term.
