Cesc Fabregas has been focusing on his recovery after helping Chelsea seal a 1-0 win over Manchester United
Recovery was the order of the day for Cesc Fabregas as he underwent a sports massage at Chelsea’s Cobham training ground this week.
The 30-year-old midfielder earned plenty of praise for his performance for the west London side on Sunday afternoon as he helped Chelsea to secure a 1-0 victory over Manchester United at Stamford Bridge.
Fabregas was named as the man of the match as Antonio Conte’s men claimed a vital victory over their title rivals to reignite the defence of their crown.
The former Arsenal captain has played a key role for Chelsea in recent weeks and he has already made 10 appearances in the Premier League for Conte’s men this term.
And Fabregas, who has not been called up to the Spain squad during the international break, took some time to enjoy a recovery session at Chelsea’s Cobham training ground.
The midfielder posted a video of himself undergoing a seemingly intense calf massage with one of Chelsea’s physios on his personal Instagram story, as pictured above.
Fabregas will be hoping to feature for Chelsea when the Blues return to Premier League action after the international break with a trip to The Hawthorns to take on West Bromwich Albion.
