Steven Gerrard makes admission about ‘unbelievable’ Chelsea star
Steven Gerrard opens up about Eden Hazard's impressive performance for Chelsea at Liverpool FC

Steven Gerrard has lavished praise on Eden Hazard for his “unbelievable” first-half performance against Liverpool FC for Chelsea on Saturday.
The Belgian playmaker was the star of the show in the first half at Anfield as he looked a threat throughout, despite the score remaining at 0-0 at half-time.
Hazard faded a little bit in the second half as Willian came off the bench to cancel out Mohamed Salah’s opener with a late equaliser on Merseyside.
The 26-year-old attacker seems to be finding his best form for Chelsea again this season after having only recently recovered from a serious ankle injury which kept him out of action at the start of the campaign.
Former Liverpool FC midfielder Gerrard played against Hazard on a number of occasions for the Merseyside outfit, and he is clearly a huge admirer of the Belgian.
Speaking to BT Sport after Saturday’s game, Gerrard said: “He [Hazard] was unbelievable, especially in the first half.
“He fizzled out a little bit in the second half, I think Liverpool coped with him better in the second half. In the first half he was unplayable.
“We said that you’ve got to get someone close to him but that’s easier said than done because he’s so quick and direct.
“His quality is unbelievable. When he’s at it, for me, he’s one of the best in the world.”
Hazard will be expecting to start for Chelsea when the Blues return to Premier League action on Wednesday night with a home clash against Swansea City.
The west London side are currently third in the Premier League table and 11 points behind runaway leaders Manchester City after 13 games of the new campaign.
