N’Golo Kante has taken to social media to reflect on a huge win for Chelsea in the Premier League title race after their 1-0 victory over Swansea City.

The Blues continued their fine form and kept their place in third in the table as they look to try and keep pace with Manchester City.

After a goalless first half at Stamford Bridge, it was Antonio Rudiger who broke the deadlock in the 55th minute when he netted his first Premier League goal for the Blues.

And Antonio Conte’s men held on to claim all three points and keep pace with Manchester City, who remain 11 points clear of the Blues.

Kante was clearly delighted with the win, and he posted the picture above on his personal Instagram after the game, writing the caption: “Massive important 3 points! 🔵🔵 #CFC #CHELSEA.”

Chelsea now switch their attentions towards their preparations for their crunch Premier League clash against Newcastle United at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

The west London side are aiming to try and defend their Premier League title this season after having won the title in style in Conte’s first campaign last term.
