Chelsea will be offered the chance to sign controversial Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to reports

Chelsea have been presented with the chance to sign Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to reports in England.
The Daily Mirror is reporting that the defending Premier League champions are set to get the chance to sign the 28-year-old striker in the January transfer window.
The same article states that the Gabon international will be allowed to leave Borussia Dortmund following a breakdown between the striker and the Bundesliga outfit.
According to the same story, Chelsea are keeping tabs Aubameyang’s situation at Westfalenstadion as Dortmund look to finally lose patience with the African striker.
However, the Premier League title holders could face competition from top-four rivals Liverpool given Jurgen Klopp’s past working relationship with Aubameyang.
The Dortmund striker has already scored an impressive 15 goals in 17 games in all competitions for the German club in the 2017-18 season so far.
Chelsea allowed Diego Costa to return to his former club Atletico Madrid on loan in September.
The defending champions signed Alvaro Morata in a £58m deal to replace Costa back in the summer transfer window.
The former Real Madrid striker has scored eight goals and has made four assists in 12 appearances in the Premier League so far.
