Paul Merson tells young kids to learn from Liverpool FC attacker
Paul Merson explains why he has been so impressed by Mohamed Salah's start to life at Liverpool FC

Paul Merson has heaped praise on Mohamed Salah following his electric start to life at Liverpool FC.
The Egypt international is proving himself to be one of the signings of the summer at Anfield after joining the Reds from Italian side Roma.
Salah has already established himself as one of Liverpool’s top attacking players this season and scored nine goals in his first 12 Premier League games for Jurgen Klopp’s men.
The 25-year-old attacker failed to make an impact during his time at Chelsea before he was eventually sold to Italian team Roma.
Liverpool FC pounced and brought him to Anfield in the summer, and former Arsenal star Merson has been very impressed by how he has started his Reds career.
Writing in his column for the Daily Star, Merson said: “He’s been outstanding and is a much better player now than he was at Chelsea.
“He can’t complain about how it went at Stamford Bridge, though. Neither can Kevin De Bruyne. If you don’t do it at Chelsea they say goodbye, and neither of them did.
“But Salah has been brilliant at Liverpool. Not just his goals but his runs off the ball. Any young kid should watch him and learn. Their style suits him as well, on the counter-attack.”
Liverpool FC return to Premier League action on Wednesday night when they travel to the bet365 Stadium to take on Stoke City.
The Reds are aiming to improve their Premier League form this season after having finished fourth in the table last term to secure their place in the Champions League.
Liverpool FC squandered a three-goal half-time lead last week to draw 3-3 with Sevilla in Europe’s elite club competition.
