Michael Owen states his prediction for Man United v Newcastle
The Liverpool legend is tipping Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku to end his goal drought in a win against Newcastle

Michael Owen is backing Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku to end his goal drought in a victory over Newcastle United on Saturday afternoon.
The Red Devils signed Lukaku in a £75m deal from Everton in the summer transfer window to bolster Jose Mourinho’s attacking line-up for the 2017-18 season.
Lukaku hit the ground running with seven goals in seven top-flight games but the Belgian forward has failed to score in his last four outings in the Premier League.
The summer signing’s goals have also dried up in the Champions League in their last two games against Benfica after he netted three goals against Basel and CSKA Moscow.
Lukaku’s goal drought has coincided with a mini slump in the Premier League for Manchester United.
The 20-time English champions have only managed to collect four points in their last four top-flight games.
Former Manchester United striker Owen is backing the Red Devils to beat Newcastle with help from Lukaku.
“It was good to see Romelu Lukaku back among the goals during the international break and I think the striker can end his current barren spell against the Magpies,” Owen told BetVictor.
“The Belgium international scored 11 goals in his first ten games for United but has not scored for seven games and his three goals for Belgium in their two recent friendlies will have done his confidence the world of good.”
Lukaku scored 25 goals in 36 games in the Premier League at Everton last term.
The Belgian striker opted to move to Manchester United ahead of interest from Chelsea in the summer.
Manchester United are looking to win their first Premier League title since 2013.
