“Matic has been sublime for Man United. He brings the best out of the players around him,” Higginbotham told Sky Sports.
“He does his part but he gets the best out of the players around him. Pogba was sensational with Matic in the team. He has been an unbelievable signing.”
Matic and his Manchester United team-mates lost 1-0 to his former club Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday evening.
