Jose Mourinho has been delighted by Anthony Martial's improved form for Manchester United this season

Jose Mourinho has admitted that he has been delighted by Anthony Martial’s improvement in form for Manchester United this season.
The French striker has been in good form for the Red Devils this term and has been more of a regular fixture in the first team for Mourinho’s men.
Martial scored five goals and made two assists in his first 11 Premier League outings for Manchester United this season and looks as if he is steadily improving under the Portuguese coach.
Manchester United fans will be hoping to see Martial step his game up even more in the coming weeks as the hectic festive period in the Premier League looms large.
And Mourinho has singled Martial out for special praise following his impressive upturn in form for the Red Devils so far this term.
Speaking at a news conference before Manchester United’s clash with Brighton on Saturday, Mourinho said: “I cannot complain about the dedication or the motivation. They all try to give their best.
“I think we had an improvement with Martial. He’s scoring more goals than last season. That’s why he is playing more. He has more minutes on the pitch.
“The other players are what they are. They have different kinds of qualities. Sometimes they produce a lot, and we have lots of chances and we don’t score enough.”
Manchester United return to Premier League action on Tuesday night when they travel to Vicarage Road to take on Watford.
Mourinho is aiming for his team to keep challenging for the title and keep pace with Manchester City ahead of the crunch clash between the two teams at Old Trafford on 10 December.
