Man United ready to sign Real Madrid star next year – report
Manchester United are ready to make a new attempt to land Gareth Bale from Real Madrid, say reports

Manchester United will make a new attempt to sign Gareth Bale from Real Madrid, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Mirror is reporting that the Red Devils are ready to make a third move to try and sign the Wales international as Jose Mourinho looks to strengthen his squad.
Bale has been struggling with fitness problems at Real Madrid since his move from Tottenham and has missed 40 of the club’s last 60 games due to injury struggles.
The same report claims that Bale is “poised” to leave Real Madrid at the end of the season after five years at the Spanish club – and Manchester United are “finally” hoping to sign him.
The same story says that Manchester United missed out on Bale originally when he signed for Real Madrid from Tottenham Hotspur back in 2013.
Bale is currently sidelined with a calf injury which is expected to keep him sidelined until the new year.
The article also claims that Tottenham have a buyback option in Bale’s Madrid contract which expires in 2019, but the Lilywhites are unlikely to be able to match Bale’s wage demands.
The story also suggests that Manchester United are likely to have to pay close to £85m to bring the Wales international back to the Premier League.
