N’Golo Kante: This is what time I get to Chelsea’s training ground every day
N'Golo Kante lifts the lid on his pre-game training regime at Chelsea

N’Golo Kante has revealed that he gets into Cobham to report for Chelsea training every day at around 9:30am.
The French midfielder has developed into one of the Premier League’s finest players in recent seasons after breaking into the first team at Leicester and helping the Foxes win the title in the 2015-16 campaign.
Kante then moved to Chelsea in the summer of 2016 and helped the Blues win the title in Antonio Conte’s first campaign in charge at the club.
The midfielder was voted as the PFA player of the year as he helped the west London side win the title for the second time in three years.
And Kante has now lifted the lid on his daily training ritual as he prepares for games with the Blues.
Kante told Chelsea’s website: “On a normal day I come maybe around 9.30, take my breakfast.
“After I stay a little bit in the dressing room. Some days I go to the treatment room for recovery.
“I go to the gym to do some exercises and some stretching to make sure I am ready for training.”
Kante will be hoping to feature for Chelsea when the Blues return to Premier League action after the international break with a trip to West Brom on Saturday.
The Blues head into the game on the back of their impressive 1-0 victory over Manchester United at Stamford Bridge before the international break.
Chelsea won the title last season but already find themselves nine points behind leaders Manchester City.
