Paul Merson states his prediction for West Brom v Chelsea
The Arsenal legend is tipping Chelsea to beat Wes Brom at The Hawthorns in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon

Paul Merson believes Chelsea will come out on top in a tough Premier League game at West Brom on Saturday.
The defending Premier League champions will make the trip to The Hawthorns in search of three points.
Chelsea were 1-0 winners against title rivals Manchester United at Stamford Bridge thanks to Alvaro Morata’s 55th-minute winner last time out.
The Blues are in fourth place in the Premier League table but nine points behind current leaders Manchester City.
The title holders will return to the ground where Antonio Conte’s side lifted the Premier League title thanks to Michy Batshuayi’s winner in a 1-0 victory back in May.
Former Arsenal midfielder Merson believes Chelsea will make it back-to-back victories at The Hawthorns.
“There is a lot of pressure on West Brom, but Chelsea need to win as well,” Merson told Sky Sports. “I am going to go for Chelsea, although I think it will be a hard game.
“I know they [West Brom] have not won in a while, everybody away on international duty coming back.
“I saw Chelsea win the league there last year and it was a tricky game and I make it another difficult game this week.”
Chelsea signed six players in the summer transfer window in an attempt to overhaul their squad ahead of a return to the Champions League.
The defending champions have lost to Burnley, Crystal Palace and Manchester City in the Premier League this term.
The west London side haven’t won the Champions League since 2012 and are in a good position to reach this season’s knockout phase.
Chelsea will make the trip to Azerbaijan side Qarabag next Wednesday following this weekend’s trip to West Brom.
