Italian outlet Il Posticipo, as quoted by the Daily Mirror, is reporting that Arsenal are ready to make a £35.4m bid to try and sign Rugani in the mid-season transfer window.
The same report claims that the 23-year-old Italy international could seek a move away from the Italian club in January after having fallen out of favour in recent games.
Despite that, Rugani has still started 10 Serie A games for Juventus so far this season, scoring one goal and making one assist in the top flight.
The same story says Arsenal want to “take advantage” of Juventus’ failure to properly integrate Rugani into the first team this season, with Manchester United also said to be interested.
Both Arsenal and Manchester United are likely to be keen to bolster their squads in the mid-season transfer window as they look to climb the Premier League table.
Neither of the two clubs were particularly busy in the summer transfer window, with Arsenal signing two players and Jose Mourinho bringing in three new faces at Man United.
