The Belgium international has established himself as one of the Premier League’s best players since his big-money move to Stamford Bridge from Ligue 1 side Lille in 2012.
Hazard opted to make the switch to Champions League winners Chelsea despite interest from Manchester City and Manchester United.
The 26-year-old arrived in west London having inspired Lille to Ligue 1 title glory in 2011 and linked up with Rafael Benitez’s squad for the 2012-13 season.
Hazard scored 14 goals in Chelsea’s title-winning season in 2014-15 under Jose Mourinho before he netted 16 times as Antonio Conte’s Blues side won the Premier League crown last term.
The Belgian forward has regularly been linked with a move to La Liga giants Barcelona and Real Madrid given his impressive performances in a Chelsea shirt.
Former Blues midfielder Cole has revealed how he helped to convince the defending Premier League champions to sign Hazard after the pair were team-mates at French club Lille.
