Pedro Rodriguez takes to social media to pay a classy tribute to Santi Cazorla

Pedro Rodriguez has taken to social media to wish Santi Cazorla a speedy recovery after the Arsenal midfielder suffered yet another setback in his bid to return to full fitness.

The Spanish midfielder has not featured for Arsenal since last October and has had to undergo a number of operations in order to try and correct an ankle problem.

Cazorla announced on social media on Wednesday that he was set to go under the knife once again after suffering another setback on the road to recovery.

The news means that it now remains unclear when Cazorla is expecting to make a return to action for the Gunners.

Pedro knows Cazorla well from their time playing together with the Spanish national team, and the Chelsea midfielder was quick to wish him well with a message on Instagram on Wednesday.

Pedro posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “Courage mate, you’ll come back soon. You are a grande!!! 💪 #AnimoSanti @santicazorla”

Pedro will be hoping to feature for Chelsea when the Blues return to Premier League action on Saturday afternoon with a home clash against Newcastle United at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea are currently third in the Premier League table as they look to try and defend their title this season.
