Manchester City are sitting 11 points clear at the top of the Premier League table following their 15th successive win in a 4-0 victory at Swansea City on Wednesday night.
The Citizens have already beaten Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool FC and Manchester United this season to underline their title credentials under Pep Guardiola.
Indeed, Everton are the only Premier League club to have taken points off the Citizens following Wayne Rooney’s goal in a 1-1 draw at Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium back in August.
Defending Premier League champions Chelsea have also lost to Burnley, Crystal Palace and Watford in the Premier League to leave Conte’s men 14 points adrift of the leaders.
The Blues are bidding to retain their top-flight crown and win the Premier League crown for the third time in four seasons.
Speaking at his pre-match media conference ahead of Chelsea’s home clash against Southampton on Saturday afternoon, Conte had a message for Chelsea’s top-six rivals.
“We must try to find the right solution to contend the title, to try to fight them,” Conte said. “Not only Chelsea, but the five top teams.”
Chelsea finished seven points clear of runners-up Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League title race last term.
Manchester City ended up in third place in the table but have managed to improve drastically over the summer months.
