The Portuguese coach has developed a reputation for utilising Manchester United’s height and power to his advantage during his time at Chelsea and now at Old Trafford.
Former Manchester United defender Neville believes Mourinho will look to utilisie his side’s superior physicality at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.
“Man United are physically stronger and taller than Man City,” Neville told Irish radio station Newstalk.
“This is something Mourinho will know.
“The biggest problem for Man United is getting that far up the pitch and winning the ball off them.
“You can’t get that high up the pitch because they suffocate you.”
Manchester United finished in sixth place in the Premier League table but won the Europa League and the League Cup this term.
