Gary Neville states confident prediction for Man United v Man City
The Man United legend insists he has been impressed with Jose Mourinho's side ahead of their derby clash against Man City next weekend

Gary Neville believes Manchester United will be feeling confident for the visit of Manchester City in Sunday’s derby at Old Trafford next weekend.
The Red Devils are in second place in the Premier League table and eight points behind current leaders Manchester City with 23 games to go in the title race.
Manchester United have bounced back from a 1-0 loss at defending Premier League champions Chelsea at Stamford Bridge with four successive victories.
The 20-time English champions eased to victories over Newcastle United, Brighton and Hove Albion and Watford before last weekend’s trip to title rivals Arsenal.
Manchester United raced into a 2-0 lead courtesy of goals from Antonio Valencia and Jesse Lingard before the English midfielder secured a 3-1 win following Alexandre Lacazette’s goal.
The Red Devils emerged with three points following a commanding performance in what some pundits have described as the best Premier League game in the 2017-18 season so far.
Former Manchester United defender Neville believes Mourinho’s side will take plenty of confidence from a good showing in the Premier League ahead of the visit of leaders Manchester City next weekend.
“United will be confident going into the game because of what has happened this weekend for City, even though it has been a good week for City too, as they’ve scored three late winners and have taken maximum points,” Neville told his Sky Sports podcast.
Manchester United are eight points behind Manchester City after the Citizens managed to etch out victories over Huddersfield Town, Southampton and West Ham United.
