The Belgian playmaker was named as the man of the match as Antonio Conte’s men secured their first Premier League victory of 2018 to move up into third place in the top flight table.
Hazard scored Chelsea’s first and third goals on the south coast as the west London side ran riot, with Moses and Willian also getting on the scoresheet for the Blues.
The 27-year-old Belgian seems like he is approaching top form for Chelsea again this season as he bids to help the Blues enjoy a successful second campaign under Conte.
And Moses was thrilled to see Hazard firing on all cylinders again for Chelsea on Saturday as the Blues secured the three points against Brighton.
Speaking to Chelsea’s website after the game, Moses said: “It was very good and showed how good we are when counter-attacking.
“Eden was on fire. He showed that, on his day, he’s probably one of the best in the world and we’re very pleased for him. It was a good win for us.”
Chelsea now turn their attentions back towards League Cup affairs and the second leg of their semi-final clash against Arsenal at The Emirates on Wednesday night.
The west London side won the Premier League title in Conte’s first season at Chelsea last term.
